about

This is the only photograph I have of Andrea. I tracked down the photographer who took her LACC graduation picture. When I asked him if he still had Andrea's picture on file, he immediately beamed. He told me that he remembered her very well. He commented on how she was so full of life and that she told him that she new how to operate a Hasselblad camera, just like the one he had. When I told him that she had passed, the man teared up and went into the back room and brought me out the picture. He put it in an envelope and handed it to me. I tried to pay him, but refused to take my money. He came around the counter, gave me a hug and thanked me for coming by to see him.
Like I stated on the main page, Andrea touched everyone.
I think what I have accomplished with "do the can't", is what Andy would have wanted which is people to not be sad or hurt over her death, but to celebrate her life by loving all of those who are less fortunate than ourselves who need our love and help the most.
